CASE STUDY 1
Problem
A young start-up in the resources for the elderly sector has launched a "marketplace" platform to connect managers of resources for the elderly with families or future tenants looking for housing resources.
Analysis
Our customer operates in a highly competitive market dominated by several platforms and directories, as well as big names in seniors' resources. The challenge is enormous!
Strategy
Following our Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats and Opportunities analysis, we proposed to implement an SEO and UX support program for our client.
Results
Within 1 year, the platform had experienced a meteoric rise in organic traffic, becoming number 3 in the Quebec market, with a continuous growth in traffic of 7000% in 7 months.
CASE STUDY 2
Challenge
Our client, a leader in connecting homeowners with contractors in Quebec, was investing heavily in SEM-based digital marketing and was looking for complementary lead generation opportunities.
Analysis
The renovation industry is a buoyant but highly competitive market, and our customer had a solid service offering and a well-established reputation in the marketplace. However, despite investing heavily in Google Ads, he was unable to generate enough leads and traffic to meet his business objectives.
Strategy
Following our analysis, we recommended that our client diversify his investments in website optimization to achieve higher organic search engine rankings, while also offering to support him in diversifying paid lead generation from Meta platforms.
Results
We supported our client in redesigning his website and optimizing it for SEO. We enabled him to internalize his copywriting and content creation activities by training his editorial teams in SEO best practices. At the same time, for a budget that represented 10% of its SEM advertising investment, we enabled it to generate 20% growth in the number of leads each month at half the cost per lead on Google. To achieve this, we implemented geofencing strategies to target active contractors looking for renovation contracts and high-income homeowners based on their properties. We segmented the market and offered service-specific campaigns with differentiated messaging, static, animated and inspiring creative and visuals, and unique landing pages for products such as roofing, French drains, basement remodeling, windows and doors, and kitchen and bath remodeling. Our performance and results contributed to the buyout of the organization by one of the market leaders, a mandate fulfilled and exceeded.
